Our team may also ask you to submit a selfie of yourself holding your ID next to your face, such as driver's license, or passport.
Automated Email Confirmation: After submitting your documents, you will receive an automated email. This email is sent to confirm your submission. Note: There is no need to reply to this email. Simply wait for further updates from the review team regarding your submission.
Review Process: Once submitted, your verification documents will enter a review phase. Rentler's team will evaluate your documents for completeness and authenticity.
How Long Does the Review Take?
The timeline for the verification review may vary depending on the submission volume or any issues with the documents provided. Typically, the process is completed within a short period, often within an hour, but no later than 2 business days. However, if the process takes longer, please be patient as the team ensures a thorough review.
