During the process of setting up a new payment, you will be taken to screen where you can choose to include different types of fees. It looks like this:
This process specifically applies to setting up recurring monthly fees, ensuring clarity for landlords managing ongoing payments.
If you select 'Add Additional Monthly Fees' on the bottom you will be able to choose a fee type and amount. From here, you can choose to add pet fees, utilities, parking fees, or other fees and the amount you want to change for each one.
For one-time fees, such as intermittent utility charges, landlords can add these to existing payments by navigating to the Upcoming Payments section, selecting the specific month, and using the Add Another Fee to this Payment option.
