After a tenant accepts your invitation and submits their first payment, the money will be deposited directly to your account after 2-3 business days.
Rentler pre-funds your rent payments after 2-3 business days so you can receive the funds faster. Because of this, we will pull back the funds if your tenant's payment fails after your account was pre-funded.
Note: If this is the first payment you are receiving through Rentler it may take an additional 2-3 business days to verify all users and accounts to help prevent fraud.
