When you create your first payment series, you'll be asked to add a bank account that rent can be deposited into. Rentler uses Stripe to connect your bank account securely, which means you'll be asked to search for your bank.

If your financial institution is available, select it and you will see a privacy notice allowing Stripe to securely connect you to your bank.

After you agree and continue, you will be taken to a login screen. Here you can enter your banking information to link your account for direct deposits.

Once you've successfully linked your bank account, you will be asked to add an Account Nickname, agree to our terms and conditions then click Save.

Can't find your bank?

You can add a standard checking account from any US-based bank or financial institution by selecting 'Enter bank details manually instead' underneath the bank selection box then inputting your routing and account number.

Note: Bank accounts added manually require verification via micro-deposit which can take 1-2 days to deposit into your account. You will not be able to collect payments until the account is verified.
