Once applications are enabled for a landlord's property and a listing is live, potential tenants will be able to submit an application from the listing page. Landlords can also share their listing URL or invite a tenant to apply via email.
You can see submitted applications by logging into your Rentler account and selecting 'Applications' from the sidebar. Here's a sample application below, showing what a landlord will see:
Rentler Applications include a credit, income report, and background screening, which you can view by clicking the tabs.
NOTE: You will have 30 days after an application is submitted to view it.
