Filing a Claim
To file a claim, contact the Assurant Claims Department at 1-800-358-0600. Claims can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When filing your claim, be prepared to provide a detailed explanation of the events and have the following information ready:
Policy number
Police or Fire Department report number
Landlord or Property Manager’s phone number
Customer Service Hours
