To provide these secure and reliable payment options, Rentler charges a small service fee. This fee helps cover the cost of our software, payment processing, and maintaining a secure network.
The fees are as follows:
Bank Account:
$1.95 ACH Fee (Flat)
Credit or Debit Card:
3.5% + $0.30 Service Fee
Many people choose to pay rent with a credit card to collect the points that are offered by their financial institution. If you use your debit or credit card to pay rent, there is a 3.5% + $0.30 service fee. That means 3.5% of your total rent payment, plus $0.30, will be added on as a fee each time you pay rent online.
