How do I create an application on Rentler?

In order to save time, Rentler allows users to create one online application that they can use to apply for places they find on Rentler.com. Rentler Applications include a screening and background check. After you pay the $45 fee, you will be able to submit your application to as many rentals as you want for 30 days. Here's how to create and save your application for future use.

1. Create an account on Rentler if you do not already have one. Having a free Rentler account is the easiest way to search listings, save your favorites, and then apply for them online.

2. When you find a listing you want to apply for, click 'Apply Now'. This will take you through the application creation process. 

3. Fill out your info. You can include your basic contact information, employment history, past residence, and a few questions to help potential landlords get to know you. It will look like this:

Heads up: this is when you will need co-application information and prior credit history, so make sure you have those details before continuing.

4. Submit application. Once your application is finished, you can submit it to any property that is accepting Rentler Applications. Good luck!
