How long does it take to get my money once a tenant pays?

After a tenant accepts your invitation and submits their first payment, the money will be deposited directly to your account. With the new payments system, you'll get the money within approximately two business days.

Although we process the payment immediately, when you receive the funds will depend on the financial institution the tenant uses. 

Note: If this is the first payment you are receiving through Rentler it may take an additional 2-3 business days to verify all users and accounts.
