How can someone apply to my property?

First, make sure you are currently accepting online Rentler Applications:

1. Log in to the "Landlord Dashboard" on http://www.rentler.com.
2. In the left-hand menu, choose a property where you'd like to start receiving applications from by clicking on ‘Listings’ or ‘Applications’.
3. Verify that "Accepting Applications" is set to ‘yes’.
4. Now click on the "Listings" tab of the Landlord Dashboard to make sure that the property's listing is turned On.

At this point, there are two ways people can apply to your property:

1. People who find your property in search results can apply directly through the "Apply Now" button on your listing. You can also send them the link (above) that will take them directly to your listing.
2. You can invite people to apply to your property by clicking the "Invite by Email" button from the "Applications" tab in your Landlord Dashboard, and providing the email address of the invitee. This will send an email to your invitee with a link that allows them to apply to your property.
