Why am I not receiving emails from Rentler?

If so, the first thing you should do is check your Spam folder(s) and make sure emails from Rentler are not getting sent to Spam. Next, make sure there are no typos in the email address you created an account with. Still not able to receive emails? Read on ...

Well then, most likely your email address you signed up with is being blocked by our email gateway. This happens for a number of reasons and can usually be resolved easily by our support staff. If you feel like this is happening to you send an email to  support@rentler.com and let them know you are not receiving emails from rentler.com. Be sure to include the email address you are having issues with. Someone from our support staff will check to see if your email address is being blocked and attempt to resolve.
