How do I make sure an invitation was sent to my renter?

Once you're in the Payments section, click on the property where your tenant lives. On the dashboard, you'll see the status 'Pending' next to the tenant's name if an email was sent and not opened yet.

Sometimes an email will be sent to the spam folder if your tenants haven't added Rentler to their contacts. If you're waiting for them to accept a payment invite, we suggest messaging your tenant or giving them a call.

If your tenant can't find the email in their inbox, you can re-send the payment invitation by clicking 'Re-send Invite' underneath the pending status.
