How long does it take to process rent payments?
It currently takes two business days for landlords to receive payments using Rentler.
Due to the federal ACH system and federal timelines on transferring money, an ACH bank transfer takes 2 business days to verify. Once the funds have been cleared and verified, Rentler immediately releases the transfer. The funds normally appear in the landlord’s bank account on the second business day after the payment.
The above reflects standard processing times for all ACH services.Our goal is to move funds as quickly as possible. Currently, our goal is to get funds to you within four business days, however, we cannot guarantee timing due to irregularities that may occur with the ACH banking system.

Due to US banking laws, transactions do not move between banks during weekends or holidays (non-business days). Rentler will notify you of NSF returns or tenant banking errors within 2 business days.
